PARTNER STUNTING

This class is charged separately from normal tumbling tuition and is $95 monthly.

Prerequisites: Previous Stunting Experience Preferred. Athletes should feel comfortable doing box jumps.

This class is designed for athletes who are new to partner stunting and want to build a strong foundation in technique, timing, and strength. In this beginner-level class, we focus on proper grips, body positions/control, and safety while working through essential introductory skills. Athletes will learn and refine the following partner stunts:

  • Toss Hands: Emphasizing stability, timing, and trust between partners.

  • Right and Left Lib: Working on body control, balance, and proper technique in extended one-leg stunts.

  • Cradles: Practicing clean dismounts with proper technique and safety.

  • Heel Stretch on the Floor: Building flexibility, balance, and body awareness to prepare for extended and more challenging stunts.

  • Straight Ride Basket Toss: Introducing timing and synchronization while developing power and control in tosses.

Whether you’re looking to develop partner stunting from the ground up or prepare for more advanced skills, this class provides the perfect starting point in a supportive and technique-driven environment.

BEGINNER

Prerequisite: Flyers will need to be able to hit the following sequence: Toss Extension, Left/Right Liberty, Cupie, Pop Off.
(Athletes need to be able to hit the sequence with confidence on two partners, without traveling.)

This class is designed for athletes who have mastered the fundamentals of partner stunting and are ready to push their skills to the next level. With a focus on timing, and dynamic transitions, athletes will work on building strength, consistency, and confidence in more challenging partner stunts.

Skills covered in this class include:

  • Full Ups: Clean technique, strong body lines, and control to hit hands or extended positions.

  • Full Arounds: Emphasizing rotation control, timing, and clean catches.

  • High to High Ticktocks: Practicing smooth, explosive transitions between one-leg positions.

  • Low to High Ticktocks: Focusing on balance, power, and seamless progression.

  • Heel Stretches: Executed with proper flexibility, stability, and visual performance.

  • Basket Tosses: Including Toe Touch, Pike, and Full Basket variations.

  • Creative Skill Variations: Fun and challenging tweaks to classic stunts to keep learning exciting and personalized.

This class is perfect for athletes who want to level up their partner stunting abilities, work toward elite skills, and prepare for performance or competition in a safe and supportive environment.

INTERMEDIATE

Prerequisite: Flyers will need to be able to hit a full-ups, full-arounds, high to high tick-tocks, and other intermediate skills on three different bases without traveling.

This class is built for experienced athletes ready to master elite-level partner stunting. With a focus on power, technique, and synchronization, athletes will work on high-difficulty skills that require precision, trust, and control.

Skills covered in this class include:

  • Rewinds: Athletes will perform a back tuck-style flipping entry, rotating to land on their feet in their partner’s hands.

  • Back Handspring Ups: Developing power and fluid transitions from Back Handspring tumbling entries.

  • Front Handspring Ups: Building explosive forward momentum and body control flipping from a handstand position.

  • Hand-in-Hands: Athletes will learn to balance in a handstand position on their partner’s hands, focusing on strength, control, and stability.

  • Kick Full Baskets: Combining height, timing, and rotation for advanced visual impact.

  • Back Tuck Baskets: Requires core strength and technique for flipping through back tuck position.

This class is perfect for athletes preparing for college-level cheer, elite teams, or performance opportunities. Come ready to push limits, clean up technique, and stunt with confidence.

ADVANCED

As we coach your athletes we always have the long term view in mind. That being said, we are firm on prerequisites.
