Our Intro to Cheer class is the perfect starting point for athletes new to cheerleading! This high-energy class introduces the core elements of cheer, including basic stunts, jumps, motions, and beginner dance sequences. Athletes will build confidence, coordination, and teamwork while learning proper technique in a fun and supportive environment.

This class builds a strong foundation in tumbling, stunting, jumps, and pyramids. Athletes will work on walkovers, roundoffs, and kickover variations in tumbling; two-leg and single-leg stunts at or below prep level; braced beginner pyramids; and clean, sharp jumps like toe touches and hurdlers. Perfect for athletes looking to strengthen fundamentals and progress with solid technique.

Cheer Level 2 focuses on advancing core cheer skills with more power and precision. Tumbling includes standing and running back handsprings, front handsprings, and roundoff connections. Stunting progresses to extended two-leg stunts, one-leg preps, half ups, and basic basket tosses. Pyramids introduce one-leg extended skills and full-up transitions to prep, all with proper bracing. Athletes will also refine their timing and technique with connected jump sequences.

Cheer Level 3 is designed for athletes ready to take their skills to the next level with dynamic tumbling, stunting, and pyramid work. Tumbling focuses on tucks, aerials, front tucks, and standing back handspring series. Stunting includes one-leg extensions, full-ups, full downs, and advanced baskets like toe touch and full-around. Pyramids challenge athletes with full-ups, ball-ups, and braced flipping elements. Athletes will also connect jumps to back handsprings with control and technique.

Cheer Level 4 is for athletes with strong fundamentals who are ready for high-level skills. Tumbling includes standing tucks, connected standing passes to tuck, layouts, fulls, and double fulls. Stunting features elite skills like full-ups, double-ups, hand-in-hands, back handspring ups, and double downs. Athletes will work advanced pyramid structures and connect jump sequences directly to tucks. This class pushes athletes toward elite performance with a focus on precision, strength, and execution.
